We kept the Collective part of our name to honor our roots and the company that started this amazing journey.

Who is AppleTree Collective?
AppleTree Collective was built to engage our drive for adventure and ground us in reflection. There’s just something about putting pen to paper. Putting away our phones and getting back to our roots in this new age of tech and AI.
Every journal and pen is handmade with real wood, a natural finish, and a whole lot of heart.
Tyler's Journey
Back in 2017, I was looking for a new career direction. As a part time employee I began working alongside Ryan (the founder of AWC).
Ryan saw some promise in me and took me under his wing to help me grow as a person and an employee.
As time went on I moved up to full time, then to Production Team Lead, then Head of Operations, until eventually I had the opportunity to purchase the company this year.

While that was going on...
While this was all going on, my father and I had begun our own journal company and AppleTree Journals was born.
Using Autumn Woods as its manufacturer, we elevated the standard notebooks that were offered to give our outdoor loving customers prompted journals for the adventures they were having.
Starting with a fishing log, we eventually added hiking, camping, overlanding, and many more.
